Excellence in Service Awards 

 

The Excellence in Service Awards honour employees who best demonstrate our values of Collaboration, Quality, Reliability and Kindness.

All permanent employees are eligible to receive an Excellence in Service Award. Categories include:

 

• Employee of the Year
• Nurse of the Year
• Physician of the Year
• Leader of the Year 
• Volunteer of the Year

Any employee of the organization can submit nominations, which must include a 300-word explanation of how the nominee exemplifies the hospital's core values.

We C.A.R.E. Monthly Appreciation awards

We work with people every day who do some amazing things and we're launching a way to recognize someone you felt went above and beyond their normal role. The We C.A.R.E. Monthly Appreciation Award recognizes someone each month who in some way exemplifies our Core Values:

• Kindness
• Quality
• Reliability
• Collaboration

One nominee will be chosen each month by an evaluation team to be honoured on our Excellence in Service wall. They will also win:

• a $100 Gift Basket from Lee & Maria's Farm Market
• a special edition bottle of Pelee Island Wine.

Prizes are thanks to a donation by the Erie Shores Health Foundation.
